About me

About me

Hello! I am happy that you are here.

You will find on this blog landscape architecture projects that I, a tripper landscaper, discover, explore and document. In addition to projects, I will post the most beautiful hiking routes. Short videos, overview photos and details can be found for every post.

I have always enjoyed exploring and photographing landscape architecture or hiking paths and on every occasion I try to see as many as possible.

I would like to share with you the one who is passionate, interested, studying or professing in fields such as landscape architecture or urbanism, the photos and videos I take during my walks. And if you love nature, people in their environment and want to always be inspired, here is your place.

And now a little bit about me: my name is Loredana and I am 28 years old. I am a landscape architect at the beginning of the road and as you have already realized, I love nature. I studied landscaping at the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca. After university I moved to Germany to deepen my knowledge of landscaping and took courses at the Bauhaus University in Weimar, Germany and Vienna – Austria and then I took the International Master of Landscape Architecture at the Hochschule fur Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nurtingen Geislingen in Nurtingen, Germany.

During my master’s degree I did my internship at a landscape office in Denmark for 6 months and attended different international projects such as in Bergamo – Italy, in Sarajevo – Bosnia and Herzegovina or in Mangalia – Romania which was later the subject of my master’s thesis . I currently work in a medium-sized landscape architecture office in the Stuttgart region, Germany.

So far, everything sounds like an interview, let me tell you a little about me and my dreams. I love nature and all its elements, to take photos and videos and to travel. We had a dream that came true two years ago, namely to have a camper van to go to as many places as possible and since then this is our way of traveling. It is a small caravan with which we can get almost anywhere and this gives us incredible flexibility. I am also dreaming of having a small cottage in the middle of nature in Bucovina, the place I come from, where I can return from time to time from this big world. Since I was little I like the „going” (as my grandmother always tells me) and at the age of 4 I even left home “in the world” with a little luggage on my shoulder (of course my mother found me at the end of the street and I returned home).

So this is my story. I look forward to seeing you again here in the place where a traveling landscaper collects projects. And of course if you have advices, ideas or thoughts just write me a message or e-mail.

Lovingly,

Loredana
